The blurred pic is smoke residue on the walls around a large pic they had hanging in the bedroom.Regardless of what we did we could not get rid of the smell.

The triplex is very easy to manage with the current 2 super long term tenants (18 &13 yrs), with only the occasional plumbing issue or appliance replacement.

So just let them know anyone who is going to be around that frequently needs to screened, and listed as an additional or even "occasional" tenant.
