The truth what I gather so far is that the rule cannot be fully applicable all over America;  just look for the decent communities who life blood businesses went to China, and you would find people who are trying to bring back communities.

I had to pay it in money, blood, sweat, tears, overcoming fears, frustration, hard work, and tenacity. 

Think utility bills, cell phone bills, and the like.

It´s a small amount and going back and forth with a tenant on something like that, insinuating they have to pay because they are too dumb to figure stuff out could create bad blood over nothing.

Last statistic I read is we are taking in about 60 people a day to portland. you then look at your major employers, Amazon is building or it might be done a fulfillment center, Nike has said they want to double in size and have committed to a number of new employees in there tax incentive, intel is up in the air, they are kind of struggling since they missed out on the cell phone manufacturing, I am not sure what the hospital is doing out there.

@Nicolas Celle just in general, buyers market (where there are many properties for sale and not enough buyers) just tells you the location is not as desirable.

They are local, respond to any emails/questions right away and I even have the cell number of the VP of lending, hell he's even come out to the projects I'm working on.
