Yeah I would definitely demand they don't do it inside.

Working through your own foreclosure cycle, etc.So in states where the foreclosure process is longer or the advance demands are greater, the amounts included on top of the unpaid principal balance will be larger than simply the unpaid balance of the first lien.

From my point of view there is a huge demand to provide funds on the performing side.There are plenty of states that one can lend in where HML are exempt from Dodd frank for commercial purposes.. and there are states were that activity is not exempt.

I don't know if this high interest is due to the simple concept of SFH, the ongoing cash flow, the high demand of SFH in my area, etc.

Local banks or credit unions normally more flexible than national brands and they also understand the local market and demands better.  

It may be a niche worth looking into, but it can be costly if there's not enough demand for it in your target area
