Rob Willis,I contacted(via web page) Renters Warehouse because they said they would do a free valuation of my rental.That prompted a non-stop barrage of emails and phone calls wanting me to use their servicesand at no point did they bring up helping with the free evaluation of my rentals value.

It's nice to get established with one bank/banker that you can pick up the phone and call/email, plus they hold those loans in-house...so they service them for as long as you keep the loan there.

So inspection dates, passed/failed permits, names of inspectors, etc. etc. things don't get recorded on the phone even when the automated messages say they are.

I take all the leads from my google drive for dollars and put them in an excel spreadsheet and then locate the phone numbers and start cold calling this kills lots of time and brings in warm leads.
