Could anyone point me in the right direction to where I have not been seeking.

Some lenders may seek to attract investors / stimulate growth by offering 0 seasoning requirement - especially to experienced and efficient borrowers. 

The BP private lenders I have met have reached out to me via just responding to posts I have made, which were unrelated to me seeking out private lenders.

I'm seeking clarification on activation of suspended passive losses upon sale of rental property.

Lender need not exhaust any remedies against Principle (Borrower) before seeking recovery from the Guarantor."

If anyone pays late or doesn't pay, even if there's no indication it's due to COVID, I send them the document and encourage them to seek assistance.

Now that the market is turning and homes not appreciating sellers may be more inclined to seek NPL’s as they will start incurring more costs and with values not increasing they can’t bank on appreciation to keep the loan covered.Curious what people are expecting Q1
