having a youtube channel and posting content about deals you're currently doing. out of those which marketing strategy is working out the best for you?

There’s no reason for that, you set the rules if they don’t follow thru you start eviction procedure following the laws don’t get emotional that’s when mistakes happen and you might end up on a YouTube video saying the wrong thing taken out of content.

I have 3 kids, I live in upstate South Carolina unfortunately due to a bad car accident I'm disabled and unable to work and trying to live off a disability check from month to month just ain't cutting it so while on YouTube I ran across a interview where the gentlemen was talking about buying and selling houses with no money HUHH!!!

I’ve already watched a good 50-60 hours of BP and Samuel Leeds videos on YouTube.

Work on adding people who are making positive moves to your circle of influence (the 5 people you spend the most time around) strangely this has worked for me even if its watching them on Youtube!

I'm pretty sure there are some videos on youtube that explain it in detail.

Usually they'll allow you to buy the home, fix it up if needed and resell it but don't bank on it, always introduce yourself and find out first before you buy.Check out @John Fedro here on BP, YouTube, his podcasts etc., very helpful breakdowns 

You can find videos on Youtube teaching you how to calculate your return based on future streams of cash so make sure you learn that and analyze each deal with what return you require in mind.   

I do listen to the podcasts and BP's youtube as well. 

There's no substitute for experience, regardless of if you're shelling out big money to learn the business or if you're making use of podcasts, books, YouTube, etc.
