I am from Rockland County New York which is about 30 minutes north of New York City.  

I live in Orangeburg South Carolina but I'm originally from New York City I started in real estate specifically,property management as a leasing agent in 2007 that managed conventional property and for the last five years I was working and multifamily and section 8 properties.

I live in New York so I hope the New York preparer knows the oddities of the Philadelphia Tax System.  

@Elisha Salgado  I invest more in the York/Harrisburg/Lancaster area but have looked up that was as well. 

New York property tax is slightly under 1% in NYC.

Then I will need to ride one of my jet skis to make sure the batteries stay charged up.

I am also a real estate investor from New York.

We’re using Jet Lending for 3 months, and we expect the ARV to be 140k after about 9k worth of work - paint the porch, pressure wash siding, new laminate in bathroom in addition to wall.

I am based in New York's Hudson Valley and interested in buy and hold investing with a focus on smaller multi-family properties.
