If the landlord had evidence that the property manager hadn't checked on the home for two months, then maybe they would have a case.

I’m curious if truss delivery is still taking a long time.I imagine the recent storms have set you back on your timeline, and wish you clear skies going forward.  

- Due on the first.- Late on the 4th with a $50 fee- Each day after the 4th is an additional $10- Post notice on the 15th

The property has been in the same family for 30+ years and has been well maintained. 

Is it as simple as the guest or someone has altered the total nights stay?
