My first thought is to sign a promissary note to get a temporary title.

Louis City, but my initial impressions are...two bedroom units attract more young families with kids that are looking for temporary housing until they purchase a home or young professionas that have a roommate that are living in the city before moving out to the suburbs. 

Also NJ has the shore.... now ideally it wold be better if you were near Asbury park not Audubon park.

I lost a couple good folks to the house buying credit of $8k early on, but as others lost their homes up on the hill or down on the shore, we had a quality applicant pool we'd never seen before.  

If by request ask if they offer a clean and show temporary service, you don't need to go into details as to why.

My wife and I along with our boys go to the shore to visit friends at their condo.

@Steve DellaPelle if it is a CO alarm and you suspect a CO leak, I would call the gas company and have them send someone out asap. more than likely, they will try to find the leak and do a temporary fix until a GC can come out and permanently fix the issue.

Total one hundred % scam    BP parabas is a French bank.. your money goes off shore and say good bydeal with someone local that you can verify through title company as a known lender.

When I bought my home I just had a roommate for ten years, but I wanted temporary roommates (3 mos - 1 year) so if I found them annoying I'd just have to wait them out and I picked based on several factors including having somewhere else they wanted to go (getting married, summer or seasonal internship, etc).
