But if I had to fly to a market I wanted to buy in, I would find somebody on the ground to do most of the leg work and then fly in for a day or two and meet them and see the properties.

The seller wants you to work for an inflated price and the monster cash flow you thought was coming in is eaten up by repairs.Now you do not have the cash flow you thought, are working like a dog as the owner, and it isn't even worth it because the note is too much over market value.

When i moved in i was given 1 titan key, 1 garage opener, and 1 mail key, i returned those, HE is not the one who gave me the keys, his old property manager was, so they re-keyed the house, how is this my responsiblity?
