Not sure what other points the ladies and gentlemen in the chat have already touched on, but globalization is not limited to just nation trading, but it effects market prices in micro-economy of coaching as well - there is a wealth of preliminary knowledge here, and on other sites, but I wouldn't discredit a mentor too quickly.That being said, as my initial statement was alluding to, the supply and demand of the real-estate mentor market has become pretty tame, and I believe you may be able to find mentors of similar value (I dont want to say "surely" because I do not know the person you are referring to at 12k) at much lower price points such as 1-2k.

Maybe I was a little too hard on it, MHs are a PITA, the repairs of cheap fixtures used, plastic bath tubs, RV water heaters, PVC plumbing that is sized too small, walls built over the carpet and flooring, losing AC units when they leave, window craks that get stripped out and leaky roofs.Now I know a lady who owns a park down at the lake and they are all older units.

Using Case-Shiller home price index (reputable) numbers:First year with year over depreciation for San Francisco was 2008 (meaning market high was in 2007).San Francisco depreciated 27% between 2008 to 2011.Rose 72% between 2012 and 2017 and was even with 2008 market high price in 2013.
