I am guessing the number would be staggering.They realize this and the way for the people to increase their chances is to sell the course to as many people as possible.Make you pay them a fee and then you have all these "bird dogs" for free going out and finding them those needle in a hay stack deals.Then when you get one for them that finally works they take 90% of the profit!
