I would go back to that company as you are doing and reconcile this, bring plans, drawings, the license number and permit number with you to make sure you show you are doing it all within the city regs too so they can get you back online

be careful of those offering to do these deals and wanting commitment money up front 95% of those will be fakes and will just steal your money.. you have to realize that gap funding behind HML is by far the most risky loan anyone can make in real estate .. so u may not have many if any takers on this unless your offering a big equity upside bonus and more of a partnership.

Honestly, big banks have terrible rates on mortgage.Work with a broker, they are your best bet; pricing beats big banks 9 times out of 10.

Hey Karl, @Karl SzymanskiI can definitely understand the temptation to do something close to home, but it likely will depend on whether you are planning to manage these properties yourself (which I personally, wouldn't since you are simply just buying yourself a new job) and where the best forecasted ROI is at.
