I am new to real estate and looking for my first investment.

My management team has approximately 3,000 units under management, with about 15% being subsidized, via Section 8 and other voucher programs. 

My primary residence is currently being remodeled- new kitchen and bathrooms.

Unfortunately, most people spend six months picking the 'perfect' market, only to then rush through the important groundwork... which is exactly what I did with my first investment :( Good luck

At my last closing he told me how easy it was to approve me.

I actually am working on my second one, I helped a Buyer in 2023 secure one, and now I am working with a Seller who has one, and the buyer is assuming their loan.
