We formed an LLC and planning to buy as much as we can under the entity with cash.

I hold one of these investment properties in an LLC (that I'm the sole owner of) and the other one my wife and I own jointly.

It is so much easier to finance in my own name vs LLC.

My wife and I currently have 85 units over 26 properties. 7 are personally owned, 2 are owned by my Roth holding LLC.

When you purchase additional properties I would get a new checking account for each LLC but you really can use the same savings account for reserves (unless you have partners).
