Been doing a deep dive into the industry and would love to just discuss the different options out there and options specific to my area. 

We aim to start with flipping houses to build capital for more significant future investments.Currently, we are exploring the option of finding a partner who is a resident of Australia and has funds to invest with us.The high cost of properties in Sydney is challenging ($2M), so we are considering exploring a more distant but cheaper market.Is it a reasonable strategy for first-time investors?

Have a few options from a wholesaler in Spokane and I am interested in what my fellow members think about it. 

Alternatively, I could maybe outsource just the liability component and still save a ton on premiums.10k deductibles are not usually an option.

I personally like the exit plan options and alternate job creating industries of college/mid sized towns as long as the regulatory environment is favorable. 

Right now I have a very demanding 9-5 and don’t see running an Airbnb as an option right now.

Some of these are run by a leader and require a fee.
