Look locally and search Zillow, believe it or not, the pre-foreclosure designation that you see on the site on a property means that a person is delinquent on their mortgate payment (granted no site is 100% fool proof). some of the dialer services like Red-x or Mojo may offer you lists and contact info as well, but I find that the phone numbers they provide often don't work

Granted, it took several months before I was able to place a tenant in the home.

@Andrew ChungI've worked with these programs before and yes they do exist.Typically what happens is a developer received a grant from a Housing Finance Agency or Community Development Corporation (CDC) to build affordable homeownership units.

I don’t know that “pool wires crossing city lines underground” is necessarily an “encroachment”....as this is likely an easement or right of way granted to the city, not city owned property.  

Granted, I’ve only had it on the market for 9 days, but I figured I would see someone come across who meets our minimum standards such as 600 FICO and 30 percent debt to income.

Part of what triggered my attention was a nearby duplex selling in the 600s and I was floored (granted, it's the SoCo area, but still). 

Granted I really just own a job a this point and I’m looking invest in the company and grow it beyond what it is.
