We plan to cash flow well -as we've ran the rental calculators close to a few hundred times (lol) and is getting ready to launch to host guests in our home after about 2 months of getting funding to furnish and prepare the home.

I forgot to mention that I also use Schlage Encode for my digital lock and it automates codes for each guest when linked to my Hospitable account.

This can be a draw card for unwanted guests if not placed correctly)- RUBs utility bill back, but I’m assuming this is already in place- Internet/ Cable package that residents must use- Renters insurance is another that you can make as a requirement for residents, similar to the internet/cable package.

I'm asking because I have found a few properties close to ski resorts and lakes and some of the communities do not offer summer amenities to guests or owners - would that limit the potential interest from guests or does it not matter too much?

Hi Alex,We manage the properties ourselves with some help on the ground - for example, I have a guest at one of them now and he reporting hearing some chirping noise.

STRs do have liability with the rotation of guests so its important to ensure the liability is removed from you as the owner and contained in an LLC.
