Speculators buy without a positive return relying on historic appreciation records to support their gamble. 

Lease 2 own exit is a gamble as an exit strategy too. 

In the Florida example that lady can technically go up to $100,500 after 6 months which means that she would own the home with 25% roughly 30k more.  

I know there's a lady that has used them recently and she is not happy with the way they are doing things but that's just one experience.

Anything less is gambling not investing.
