They want to bring more govenrment red tape on how housing providers and investors do business and want to create a tenant welfare system charging huge fees and price caps on rents.If you're landlord or investor in Lon Beach please call the city council and get the word out.... the city council did a vote under the radar and behind closed doors.

I also vote that you focus on your primary residence; the time to invest is after your family is in a stable position, your finances are in order, and you can put the proper focus and dedication into the work required without the pressure of everything else falling apart.

You can have metals,cash... but what good does that do if you live in a big town and the local grocery store is empty do to a system collapse.If someone was concerned about a turbulent economic ride, then I would vote cash as I would think that what has happened lately would serve as a guide and thus make for great buying opportunities.
