Should I do carpet, laminate or vinyl flooring?

When several of our multi's were originally purchased & had lower rents, we had a woman from a random social services group, (had the ID badge # etc) ask a LOT of questions about the properties.

Your service you provide is housing and that's it.

We need the below:Site plan- Floor plans, exterior elevations, preliminary structural design, building sections, preliminary cabinet layout andelevations, preliminary interior elevations- -dimensional exterior and/or interior renderings depicting the proposed work.

I typically don't include a washer and dryer with my units, because they can be a service nightmare.

Its doubtful they will be willing to pay the increased rent (they obviously like the size and price as is).If you are splitting the electrical service, its very, very likely the entire electrical system will need to be brought up to current code. 

@Damon Saxton Buy a few properties of your own get hundreds of smokin reviews and branch out to offer your PM services to other owners. 

Positive reviews don't just show up, it requires the agent to provide good customer service and market knowledge, further it will be a good indicator of their deal flow.
