Anyone know where I can find a good MS Access Database or CRM software geared towards real estate investors?

All real estate lawyers in English Canada subscribe to a service that enables them to search title.

I looked the address up in the NY tax record database and based off of that it appears to be worth a lot more.

Maybe work on slowly building up a client database and network, so that when you do quit, you'll have an easier time transitioning into sales. 

I think the bank I am using on the initial purchase does portfolio lending so that will enable me to get 10 properties but I'll have to figure that out soon.
