Where in NJ plays a huge role as well, not every town and county works the same way. 

Would you tell them they get a bonus the day of moving?

FYI I plan on leaving the basement open and using it as a rec room / kids play area. 

It also states that people become old and boring when they stop playing, but if they keep playing, they remain young at heart.I don’t know if many of you are, but I’m a gamer, I love games, so why not make games out of everything?   

There aren't many unfinished livable basements in Phoenix....I've only seen one out of hundreds of properties that had the ceiling height to be converted to an extra bedroom or bonus room.

The end percentages each partner gets should be based on all of the job/roles each partner plays in the partnership.
