The property wasn't cheap, so I need that unit to pull it's own weight, and don't want to be in a position in 3 years of having to go back in and update everything in order to get a base rent for the neighborhood.I will say that I am glad I bought in DC because this has been a crash course!

I just got a clean out installed because the hydrojet head wouldn't fit through the angles of the pipe and then had the old cast iron drains that ran under a basement floor and under the furnaces in a 1900 building done for $900 for clean out install and $500 for jetting.

If it's in a basement area there may be size requirements for egress or light.
