Full blown contract products typically flow through contractor or retailer channels and aren't available for direct-to-the-consumer sale.

You could do some research and try to find out if the property is free of liens, which should mean they own it outright, but this may be time consuming.

They also went into a lot of the Economic events such as unemployment, Consumer Price Index, etc. to help with their projections.I tried applying it to Stocks at first and it worked well.

I am looking for a 3rd party service to look up property records that services the Dallas/Fort Worth area.I know I can go to appraisal districts and look up records but this can be time consuming.

This sounds time consuming to do it for every property.

For you to go through basically a demolition to a full rebuild will tie up your money, be very time consuming, and very risky for a first deal.
