I'm searching online and can't find any reference.To be clear of my intentions: I'm not interested in setting it to the absolute lowest... rather I hope to say something like: "legally I can cap it at 68 degrees, but since I'm such a nice guy, i'm capping it at 72.

Also, for those who are aware of purchasing property through your retirement accounts (this could be a seperate blog) what a nice option, to be able to buy a discounted piece of real estate with your IRA and having control of it instead of having your money tied into a mutual fund, which you have little control.With this all said, what is your opinion?

Hopefully, your warranty would cover it, but at some point that's going to need replacing.The HOA does indeed cover the outsides.
