I've been visiting hard money lending sites such as E-Hard Money Lender, Lending Associates, etc., and I have a few questions I'd much rather ask YOU folks than one of their loan officers:1.

The website that gives you the accreditation also says they will help you market yourself and all that other hoopla.

I am talking about without using mls, foreclosure websites etc.

I have seen my website traffic increase, but it is still only a couple dozen "unique" visitors per day with 0 usable leads.

We're still an emerging co. so no website as of yet, but we're working on that.

Also consider the travel distance if you expect to attend meetings on a regular basis.I would be a bit liberal and visit a number of groups to see which ones you like.
