Hello Michael,I just completed my first book in commercial real estate (Trump University Commercial Real Estate 101: How small investors can get started and make it big, Author is David Lindahl) and thought it was pretty good for basic knowledge.  

Would you recommend getting the Mobile Home University home study course OR doing their boot camp?  

I'm not necessarily a new member to BP, I've been here a year or so (haven't posted much) but I just moved back to Dallas after getting my Master's at University of Miami.

There are great deals on paper (or virtually anyway) but buyer beware.

There is virtually no market for time share resale, because these things are an emotional buy usually when you're traveling.

(I am looking at properties in the Gainesville, Manssas, Fredericksburg, Stafford, Woodbridge, as well as potentially Hampton/New Port News areas)* Cash buyers* a wholesale friendly title company in NOVA/Or title service any of VA that can possibly work virtually* a contractor who is willing to work with me to get repair cost estimates and in the future work on rehabs. 

I had initially lived in this property before moving and renting it out, so I kind of fell into it but it was remodeled when I bought it so the expenses are virtually zero at least for right now.  

Much of it is universal, but some is U.S.A. specific - things are somewhat different in areas of finance, regulation and taxation.
