Very powerful.To sum, maybe the way I'm looking at it is it's a great vehicle for people who A) feel the need to pay life insurance AKA forced savings plan, and B) people who like larger consumer purchases like cars.

I think investors should have licensed experts with industry-specific experience because here are so many moving parts to real estate - entity selection, taxes from different investment vehicles, proper forms, reducing audit risk, and so on.

Execution of the plan will start slow, but constant growth will build a financial fortress over time, especially if you learn to diversify in different markets, different housing types, and with all the different vehicles (rentals, syndicates, notes, tax-lien certificates, money lending, options, owner financing, etc.) available to RE Investors.

Currently I'm adjusting our search criteria based off the feedback I'm getting from tenants like Mcdonalds, FIve Guys, Auto Zone, CVS, Sonic, Subway, ect...The first property we got under contract was directly on a highway with with a vehicle per day count (13,000), but had a 1 mile population density of under 1,000 making it too rural for many of the tenants we talked to.

And, don’t blame ‘expensive electric vehicles’ for increased premiums (not that I care either way, but I hear this argument a lot).
