This buddy happens to work with the tenant on a daily basis.He told me she was just offered a promotion for an out-of-state position, and the company offered to pay all relocation, travel, expenses, temporary housing, etc....So it looks like this is just a quick cash grab.

she was a bookkeeper at best.In any event, I started looking out for a new accountant, and found most did not understand C corps and i did not have much confidence in them.Finally someone referred me to my current accountant and I have been happy.
