Also, I’ve read a lot of your posts over the past month and have learned a ton, so thanks for taking the time to contribute. more often than note those that have duplex 4 plex that put them up for sale ask the moon for them and just hold tight until someone meets their price if they are performing they are in no hurry.. its when they become burnt out landlords or something else in their life changes that motivation sets in.
