What you can legally do and how it will get done are two different things.

If you walk out your front door and talk to your neighbors about finance - they will talk about the interest rate on their mortgage, their 401k and T-Bills. 

We are an all in one team… Licensed agents, manage hundreds of doors, in-house maintenance (on payroll) single family and small multi family properties.  

For context, we manage 20 MTR doors in Los Angeles.

Fast forward two weeks, we've finally got notice from the foreclosing Trustee the lender is generating a new payoff for us. 

We're generally looking to network more and surround ourselves with more people that are on a similar path.We currently have 2 properties between the two of us - a three family and a four family.

I do have a contact or two with some investor/agents in Memphis and get sent properties and can refer contractors and such.

For two year I had to do broker splits with other brokers until I got my own relationships developed. 

When I only had a few doors, I liked the basic version of Turbo Tenant and found it helpful, but once we bought a management company, we went right from that to some larger scale systems.
