I could have clarified better, I intended to use a 401K loan not pull out directly and I’m aware of the risk associated of it counting towards taxable income if I lose employment.

In other words, if 123 Main Street, LLC is under Alexander & Associates, LLC, can I also have 456 Main Street, LLC and 789 Main Street, LLC under Alexander & Associates, LLC?

Doing so might help alleviate some of the financial stress associated with owning two properties.

DO NOT start any conflicts with the tenant.... no threats or ANYTHING that could be viewed as harassment etc.

Associate a fee to it if the rule is broken.

She's making excuses, accusing you of bad behavior, and giving false threats of attorney action as a defense mechanism.

The city forced the association to take immediate action.

In large part because most home loans are fixed, the raising of interest rates has resulted in less properties being listed than a price decline corresponding to the cost increase associated with the new rates.
