Hello,I have been a Property Manager/ Community Association Manager for over 9 years and have been based in South Florida for about 6 years.I have recently found interest in moving to Washington State but I am having a hard time since I'm not local. 

In my opinion that is the best way to go especially early on because they will do deals that larger banks will not by underwriting based on character as well as the other criteria.

The roof was so old that most asphalt shingles were down to just the base fiberglass base material.  

I don't know him personally but he is in CA and seems to pretty knowledgeable based on the posts and answers I have seem from him.

The Taxes are based on the deduction you took when contributing to the account and if you have the early withdrawal penalty, it is that, a penalty to punish you. 

Currently if I work overtime I get paid 1.5x base pay, but I am wondering if someone can help me with the math of what I would roughly be making (1.4x, 1.3x etc.), since I would also be lowering how much I could write off the above rule (my OT wouldnt be extensive enough to have my income >$150k).

If you own land close by you are probably aware of the rapid increases in land values based on a strong economy and the proximity to the Domain (the new Downtown) just 2 miles away.

And sometimes you have to change your strategy based on what's available.  

Looking for some input from this vast base of knowledge on the pros and cons of setting up an LLC or S-Corp for my company structure.
