We currently owe approximately 140k on our personal residence valued at 180k, we owe 108k on a duplex that is currently rented and valued at 136k, we are in the process of a flip that should net us approximately 12k that should be finished by the end of the month, I have 12k in student loans, and we owe 38k on a truck.

For example, hire an assistant or find a motivated college student to deal with the online application/screening for you.

Western Kentucky University continues to grows and with that an endless flow of students who need a place to rent.

Definitely get a cleaning service for the common areas, I own student rentals and make sure to get deep cleaning done every other month.

Average equity sitting in homes is very high compared to before the crash.My main concern is how much consumer debt is now held in Student loans which cannot be cleared with bankruptcy. 

Does anyone have experience with Student Housing and using an all inclusive lease for utilities instead of having the students put service in their name?

Many of these national groups have regional student chapters.

Unfortunately this and low rates have created a real affordability crises and debt that is the stickiest type of debt (besides student loans)New government solution of the day incentive for selling your house 😆😆 They subsidize credit.
