Hey BP, I'm diligencing a property in the Sioux City area and looking to get some local investor POV on the market for larger MFUs and commercial properties (storage units, warehouse, office space). 

Maybe storage units?

The property also has a detached garage - any idea on market rent for a garage/storage space. 

I can buy a boat for tens of thousands of dollars, use it at most every Saturday, (50+ times), and spend thousands of dollars insuring it, maintaining it, and fueling it, buy a pickup truck to haul it, and invest in a storage space to keep it.Or, I can rent a new boat every time, that is clean, ready to go, pack it with my stuff, and enjoy it for the day, bringing it back to the rental spot and handing it off.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

I use the Eufy brand cameras and I like that you don’t need to pay for cloud storage fees.
