Real Estate investing is a Team sport and it takes a strong team to ensure success.

The wholesale/rehab homes I buy are really simple also as every management company out there either has a team in place inside the company or works with one to fix up the homes, usually in a few weeks. 

So I am looking into doing a flip in Pueblo,  and need to start to put a team around me, I am looking for contractors in the Pueblo area,  someone that comes highly recommend but also is competitive on price.  

You need to have your business team, property search team, and offer team.

Will be in KCMO next month to look at properties and put together a team.  

How helpful is it to build a big/productive team?

Misunderstanding and communication issues can cause problems tooHave a good team. 

It meant travel, research and team building.

Maybe our PM have bigger projects, maybe some of the investors want him and his team to do renovation so it is a bigger business for him, or maybe this is just the regular procedure, it is our first property and basically we are still learning about all of this, but the facts are that we are paying for the mortgage, electricity,water, somebody needs to cut the grass especially in this period of the year ( we don't even know is the grass cut or not) and so on.So I was trying to find out what is the normal period in which the professional PM is going to find tenants and rent the property?

I am currently in the process of completing my power team, but am looking for recommendations on locating a Title company that specializes in assignments and double closings and a RE attorney to review my contracts and make sure that they are state specific for Colorado.
