The lawn got out of control and because the property owner information hadn't been updated in the city's database yet, San Jose sent me a letter after someone complained (forwarded to me by the Post Office).The letter said I had so many days to remedy the situation and the city would send out an inspector to check.

We thought that rents could be raised as well, but also thought the asking price was decentIt our situation, we paid full asking price, but also asked for $20,000 at closing to fix various issues and have some in reserve in case things went bad quicker than we thought. 

Also your current financial situation seems dangerous to me because of the loan of your house being in your grandfather’s name.

Good Morning BP Nation,I have an interesting situation and I’m hoping it’s simply an odd coincidence and turns out to be no issue at all, but I am starting to get concerned.

In other words, even if my situation changes and I have the ability to buy them out early, i often keep them in until I at least hit the projections I used to get them on board.  

This is owner occupied situation so I don’t want to lower my standers too much but I also don’t want to have vacant for too long.
