@Nathan Weaver - These are sellers who are responding to marketing of "I buy houses".

They responded with a "no".  

I'm only looking to buy and hold properties for now, with maybe a little single house flipping down the road once I've gotten my feet wet into this venture.Thanks in advance for replys, I can't guarantee I'll have internet access to respond all the time but certainly enjoy the enthusiasm this website has towards helping and educating beginners to become successful.

People respond to others being open and honest.Here's an example using myself.  

Even if you can't answer the technical questions (I know I can't yet lol), just responding, throwing in your 2 cents , or welcoming others is still a great way to be involved!

What would you have responded when a buyer asked if the sellers are expecting the price to go way over asking..?
