Would that in any way be a red flag to my lender or the seller/selling agent?

If so, what's the one structural issue that would be a red flag in any of these deals, or would that be based on available finances and long term intentions?

Most people could conduct a title search in 30 minutes which confirms this transaction is free of red flags.

I grew up in Red Bud, IL and went to SIUE.There are certainly deals to be had in IL, you just have to factor in higher taxes and some of the muni's have crazy occupancy permitting.

This RED industry is fraught with peril when you know what your doing, otherwise without experience, your bound to make major deposits in the "experience" bank account, i.e. losing money.

Anderson isn't the most desirable place but close to Redding.
