The problem is; it is difficult to find someone who will watch your back and by the time you realize you picked the wrong mentor you already invested and lost a portion of your hard-earned money and the only thing that was guaranteed before you invest your money based on another person's advice is that person will not refund your money.I sort of have a hatred for people have the titles Financial Advisors, Investment Specialists and my biggest hatred is for Stock Brokers.

I got similar occupancy rates - average 60-65% occupancy, +80-90% in the summer (peak in Aug) slows down a bit in the Fall and picks up again in the Winter.

Under normal circumstances, I’d do the cash out refi, but I’m tempted to suggest getting this larger line of credit and maybe investing in a cheaper market and seeing if you can pick up some better deals by offering cash, then refinancing out of those instead.
