@Medi Sarwary If you haven't already I would suggest reading some books that go more in depth about loans and utilizing the BRRRR method.

I've read many articles and heard many gurus about achieving financial freedom by doing businesses in real estate. 

Greetings-I am beginning to explore what my options are in real estate investing and am reading up on FHA Loans.

Interesting, my insurer (Farmers) didn't seem to care that I was renting to students, I informed them after the fact because I read some stuff on BP that some insurers have a problem with it.
