I used to live in San Diego, so I've seen the prices increase rapidly throughout CA seemingly without rhyme or reason.I also have a software background and have explored the idea of creating an app, but I'd have to brush up on Android and I don't even know any Swift yet.

Even if the Federal Reserve is as dumb as some people think they are, for rates to come down, they have to self-actualize the (potential, theoretical, future) damage being done to the economy, admit defeat, panic, and rapidly reduce rates.Guys - that is a bad bet in my opinion.

Here is what I suggest to raise your score: 1. stop having consumer reports pulled so often2. stop having credit inquiries or group them only once a year in four days3. never close an account4. pay on time5. pay an extra ten dollars before the due date6. keep all credit cards less than 67% of line at all times or better less than 49%7. get the actual mortgage tri-merged report and have a lender who cares and knows how to explain each line, Sofi isn't going to do this.A tri merged report can be uprated/quick fix with a rapid rescore but this can also hurt your score if you do not have actual written proof from a line item that they made an error and will be correcting the tape they send to the repositories.
