Maybe I’m not seeing all the facts here but, the more I study the US economy the more I see “we the people†as indentured servants who will be paying off gov debt for generations.

These professionals need to distance themselves from the hordes of inexperienced wholesaler wannabes, the ones that believe the seminar guru is teaching them only because he wants to "give back", believe that complete knowledge and experience neccessary for success can be obtained in a three day seminar, and believe that they no longer need to study their local market, that "virtual" wholesaling is the key to riches.
