Vernon is also a good town, it's a bit further out so if you're looking for a quick and easy commute, this may not be your best option.

However, I'm not sure I see the value in doing that unless you think it will take a significant time to sell and want cash quickly (assuming you are thinking about a cash out refi).

So bottom line I am finding that it is all about marketing, especially to the specific industries near by and getting your place in front of as many potential customers as possible.

Especially since it's a smaller town like you mentioned word could get around quick if you don't follow through and it could hurt you.
