@Robert Trevino Right now in my market the cost to build is just so much greater than the cost of purchasing existing that unless you’re building a personal home no one is building.

As a result, the property became more desirable and attracted more high-quality traveling medical professionals.

Are their listings detailed with good-quality photos?

If you haven’t educated yourself on general investment strategy, then I would say that you likely haven’t maximized your personal business either.

I chose to build my PM business from ground.To create a working system and to organize processes is difficult in the beginning, but to my experience it is possible to create a working model based on personal knowledges and then to provide a high level of service to the clients.

Or steps  Never recommeneded if I was the GC as what if the person does not sell the home or it sells for less than what they owe the bank and the GC? 

If nothing is mentioned about it then I don't get them personally. 

Just look at the property on google street view, you don't need to go in person, etc. 

I would prefer to self manage to avoid the high poperty management fees (I think its around 10% + 1 month leasing fee, etc.) and I also worry that the property manager will likely not be as dilligent in finding high quality affordable vendors, etc.I see 4 major pieces of work1) Tenant finding: I feel comfortable doing this remotely.
