I'm working now on getting it put into an LLC primarily for asset protection since we are renting out the attached Mother-in-law apartment as a STVR.

@Dave Row after being in the business for the better part of a decade I've found the agents who are both licensed in all 50 states who also provide comprehensive asset protection reviews are few and far between.Would be happy to provide you any resources I have available and connect you with my network. 

We also have our utility accounts password protected so no one can call and try to keep them in in our name.

We want to know and learn the best way to handle this.We are trying as much money and also protect ourselves. 

The exclusive protects both parties, because the buyer knows I'm working on their team alone, not a little bit for them, a little bit for the seller, a little bit for myself by looking to potentially double-end the deal.
