Why sit in class for hours listening to an instructor deliver the same material I can read in 10 minutes?

Michael Powers has a strong system for running parks.Either one could help you but neither is free.George Allen puts out a whole lot of free material for park owners.

You should research some of the excellent materials that are available (dash board) on these pages; the pod casts, the blogs, the controls, the forms are all excellent and best of all they have been developed by individuals that are active in the field. 

Then, for the main one that is left, get some plywood or similar material and board it up to seal it off as well.  

The internet is full of ambitious wanabe players who have very little experience in RE or even in shaving that will offer the sizzle to advance their objective in business as well as to promote their egos to compete.

By fall, though, those plans either never materialized or were never finished and completion is pushed off.

I am currently studying for my state exam but i feel like i need to understand the material more.

I have a tendency to over-repair and I'm trying to balance that, but I'd rather over repair than under repair as I do find that it's so much easier to find a good renter quicker, especially when your unit is better than what the competition is offering, it will definitely stand out.Let me know if you end up purchasing flooring, cabinets, etc yourself, I can suggest some  places I've used so that you don't pay more than you have to for the material.
