I am looking to hire someone who can stop by the property twice a week to take detailed photos & videos.

Also the lumber is far better then anything today, being built of virgin slow growth timber and milled too nominal vs dimensional meaning bigger, stronger, healthier framing. 

I sent them the photo about 10 minutes after the open house started and said " your neighbors came through and informed me that you left this on the night stand" and sent them the picture.  

Right now I just want to direct link to my listing on Airbnb, but some features that would be helpful:1. connecting a calendar and showing availability, then when someone clicks on it, they're directed to my airbnb listing2. auto-importing all my airbnb photos/description over to the website without me doing much work3.

But, the good news is it doesn't cost you anything to test the market like this except your time (make sure you stage for photos so it doesn't look too much like you're living there).Splitting the two units into slightly different strategies may work better than just doing one or could show that you're better off going with the same strategy in both (obviously this will change with the market cycles).

Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

Personally I'm using Google Drive, but it's getting pretty slow to run as I keep adding properties and photos - and it's not great for narrowing down/creating a map of different locations.Does anyone have any tools/software they recommend for keeping track and comparing deals?

Post it on the door and take a photo, and send a copy certified mail from post office.
