Yes, there will be limitations of a TN financial institution as I live in CA, and I have read articles about potential tax and filling season issues if you bank outside the state where the business is registered. 

The biggest issue i found with trying to use the BP calculators for assets other than residential is the debt. 

I thought in some instances married owners were treated as one, so I'm not sure.I think the issue is how is the NC taxation filed.
